How long does shipping take?
At DreamGirl HairCo Luxe, we are committed to providing you the best of the best! This commitment is not just for our products but our processing time as well. Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. We only ship Monday through Friday. No shipping on weekends or Holidays. Our standard shipping will take 3-5 business days to be delivered on the West Coast and 5-7 days on the East Coast via FedEx, unless you have a P.O Box. If you are out of time and need your hair tomorrow, we got you covered! We also offer an Express services so you can keep your hair appointment. Orders must be placed by 12:30 PST to ship out the same day when using Express. When shopping with "Affirm" or "Klarna" please allow 2-3 business days for your payment to process first before receiving a shipping confirmation email, even when using our Express shipping method. However, once hair is ordered online customers cannot request for an online order to be picked up. Customers are to patiently wait for processing time before the order is then shipped out. No exceptions! Only hair orders that are made through DM and paid in full via Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay at it's original pricing can be requested for delivery. Please note that delivery is an additional $35 traveling fee added to your total.***During all MAJOR SALES, each order is processed in the order received, and our shipping time frame is 7 to 10 business days for delivery regardless of what shipping method is paid during checkout.*** So, we highly recommend making your hair appointments within these time frames in mind.
How to track my order?
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation via email and once your order is shipped, you will be notified with tracking information via email.

All hair sales are final. We do not issue any refunds or exchanges. Once your order is placed, there is no refund or exchange unless it is an error on our behalf. Please make sure your address, texture choice, and length choice are correct before finalizing your order. Tracking numbers will be sent and shipped out in the order received.

HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?
A full sew-in weave with Raw Vietnamese hair would need approximately 8 to 10 ounces of hair. We recommend buying 2 bundles of hair lengths 14” to 18”. We recommend 3 bundles for lengths 20″or longer. Each bundle weighs 3. 5 ounces. Keep in mind that since the hair is sold by total weight the rule is: “The longer the hair, the shorter the weft."
CAN I COLOR THIS HAIR?
This is 100% raw human hair that has not been processed. You can color the hair, however once hair is treated in any way, it is no longer raw. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.
HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST?
This hair can last for a long time, the better you take GOOD care of it the longer you can have it and reuse! Our clients generally use the hair for one to two years.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
FOR ALL TEXTURES:

Shampoo at least once a week

Use a shampoo no higher than pH7

Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water

Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up you scalp

DAILY MAINTENANCE:
Use styling products minimally to avoid build up
For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle of water for a natural look.
For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water.
AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT!

Comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp
Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls
Let air dry
